Overall Satisfaction with isolved
At CTM we use isolved in various forms,
1) Payroll
2) Time Keeping
3) Mobil App
4) Reporting
isolved has been a great addition to our company, all employees have access to the Mobil App where they can review their time punches, pay-stubs, request time off, we have almost gone completely paperless, thanks to isolved.
- isolved App, make life in HR a dream, employees have access to all they need
- Payroll is simplified, the program saves as you go, you will never lose information
- Reporting is amazing, the employer has access to a variety of report
- Customer Services at isolved is quick and courteous
- isolved has gone almost completely off the grid, it's good to have someone available when needed, they do respond to emails, but sometimes it better to speak with someone
- I have noticed some employees who use an android phone, have issues with the App
- Positive all the way, giving employees access to the app has freed up a lot of time, time is money, therefore a win, win
- Making almost everything paperless, has saved us huge amount on paper, toner and of course filing
PayScale, Paycheck, BBSI, ADP,
isolved out did every competitor, mostly price, but once again the ability to have employees go on-line and get their information really freed up time for me to do other projects. very efficient...
