Overall Satisfaction with isolved

isolved is used across our whole organization. By every employee, it is used for clocking in and clocking out, as well as for time off requests. I use it for those purposes, as well as managing our employees' time off, hours worked throughout a pay period, employee general information, and for creating reports. This system helps us keep track of the above information in one place!
  • Their customer service team is quick to respond and always have a helpful answer!
  • The platform gives me the ability to run various reports and this assists me in tracking my employees' hours throughout a given time period!
  • The platform is easy to use and seamless. Navigating it is no problem!
  • Reporting.
  • Time card/employee absence.
  • Employee management of general information.
  • No comment at this time. It's only been helpful though!
I have not used anything like isolved before. This is my first experience and it set the bar high!

Our company doesn't use isolved to the full extent that we could, but it's helpful for managing employee general information and employee hours. We are a company of 45 employees so I've found it to be super convenient for the number we have!
