Overall Satisfaction with isolved
The entire organization uses isolved in some fashion. Everyone (including salaried employees) uses the time clock to punch in and out. Some use the physical time clock and some have permission to enter online. The HR and payroll teams use isolved for employee management, payroll, benefits, and COBRA. Reports are utilized to create data for our simple IRA reporting and FSA reporting.
- Accurate data
- Great customer service--there was a recent situation where MN has a new assessment for federal loan assessment effective 1/1/21, but we weren't notified of this assessment. Our relationship manager proactively identified the additional cost, let us know that we may receive a tax notice for the undercalculated cost of $9.50, but has already taken care of the issue.
- Good report writing--easy to create new reports for just the exact data we need
- Before our current relationship manager, we didn't have any proactivity on our account, and there were problems with getting issues resolved. Our current relationship manager is all over the account and whenever we have any problems, she makes sure the right resource is identified to get it fixed immediately.
- When the ARPA plan went into effect, there was a delay for when isolved fully adapted it. We had reached out before it was ready.
