Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We utilize it for payroll and timekeeping. It solves our record-keeping and time-tracking issues and serves as a compliance portal for all taxes.
  • They have amazing customer service.
  • They are very responsive with record keeping.
  • They answer all my questions promptly.
  • Logging in can be difficult and annoying when we have to do the two step verification.
  • The verification code expires way too quickly (under 20 seconds).
  • The password settings can be difficult for non-computer based users.

It is well suited for smaller businesses with under 10 employees who are computer savvy and on their computers all day. It is not well suited for busy retail establishments that are made up of employees that are not comfortable using computers and do not know how to clear "cache and cookies" as a mechanism for troubleshooting. We have many employees who find the requirements for just clocking in to be very time-consuming and frustrating. It is also not well suited for businesses with multiple locations where onboarding is not done by the same person who manages the isolved account.
