Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use isolved for all our payroll needs. The ease of use is only matched by their amazing attention to detail and customer support. One day has not gone by since we made the switch to this payroll support package. If you are looking for an organization to partner with - yes partnership- then isolved is the only choice.

Recently, there was an issue with our payroll—our submittal didn’t go through (our fault). We reached out at 12 PM on payday, and their team immediately jumped into action. Thanks to their swift and coordinated effort, our staff still got paid that same day.
It wasn’t just one person stepping up—it was a true team effort. No one passed the buck, and “no” simply wasn’t in their vocabulary.
Customer service like this is rare these days—not only was their response incredible, it was genuinely refreshing.
