I use it daily for benefits, onboarding, preboarding, background checks, payroll, time and attendance, OSHA reporting, performance management, leave of absence, scheduling, reporting, and much more. Use case is to fix things in the systems that are not working well or was not set up at time of implementation. Business problems varies.
