Insulation Supply Company utilizes isolved primary for payroll processing, time & attendance, time tracking, attendance monitoring, reporting, and tax compliance. The product addresses these critical business needs. We use isolved on a daily basis and payroll is processed on a weekly basis. iSolved provides a dedicated customer service representative, who I can contact if I have any questions and when appropriate.

The customer service support level is vastly superior to that of ADP Workforce Now. The payroll reporting functionality is much more robust on ADP Workforce Now's end than that of isolved. isolved is easier to use for both the payroll practitioner and the employees than that of ADP Workforce Now.
