Overall Satisfaction with isolved

I use isolved to do payroll semi-monthly and run payroll and workers' compensation reports for my monthly reporting with our Workers' Compensation insurance. The many reports available are very helpful. In addition to payroll, we also use isolved to manage some benefit plans. It is easy to manage, from deductions to earnings and even employer taxes.

The customer support line is always there to help with any issue I have. They answer right away, and the representatives are always very knowledgeable and helpful, with a great attitude! If they need to research my issue, they inform me and follow up via email or phone call. The follow-ups are usually quick too!
