Overall Satisfaction with isolved

isolved is used for our employees timekeeping system. Also use it track earned time off, deductions and issued asset equipment. The reports we use for payroll audits are extremely helpful. No issues with processing payroll as it's a very user friendly and easy process. Highly recommend it!

  • Need better way to easily create a report
  • Time clock doesn't sync with isolved when an employee has been rehired
  • 2 step authentication needs to be saved for a longer period of time
  • Need better user friendly mobile app for employees
  • Reduction in processing errors

  • Knowing exactly when an employee clocked in or out

Processing of payroll is easy but time clock doesn't always sync new employees to isolved. I think isolved is a good tool for those with a small staff. It might not be the best solution for those over 200 employees though. It works well for our company.
