Overall Satisfaction with isolved
We use isolved to keep track of employee training, days off, benefits, and 401k information. You can require an employee to view certain documents and sign off on them so it is very handy when you staff is located in different places. We are a small company of about 35 employees.
Pros
- tracking employee time for hourly employees
- a place to store benefit information so that it is always accessible
- A place to require employees to view and acknowledge certain information.
Cons
- I think the timing function is harder to use for Salaried employees- not terrible different but maybe would like that settled a little
- isolved has decreased errors in time keeping- because employees can record time from anywhere
- Employess like access to documents at work and away from work
- isolved saves time - everything needed is there to onboard an employee
The softward lets us program trainings throughout the year in advance and we can track employees who have completed trainings. We also have the ability to let their boss know when the deadline is so they can follow up. Everything id pretty automated and easily trackible.
