Overall Satisfaction with isolved
Here at [...] we use most of the options available through isolved. My favorite part of the system is that everything is in one place. From Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Certifications, Performance, OSHA Incident to saving an employees uniform size. It is truly the easiest system I have ever used. I came in to the company with no knowledge of the program. I took a few classes through the University, watched a few videos, and had an in person session - I more I learn the more I love it.

It has increased efficiency. Having everything is one place makes it so much nicer than floating between systems. That alone has made things run a lot smoother. Finding what you need is a simple click through the menu or a word in the search bar gets you right where you need to be!
Not even comparable. I used Workday and SMART Track simultaneously and it was a nightmare. Workday is not user friendly. It is almost impossible to learn on your own. SMART Track was not a horrible system, but because it required us to also use Workday it made me dislike it. SMART Track was simpler than Workday and I could teach new Managers how to use it. However, it did not have all the "bells and whistles" like isolved.
