Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use isolved as our human capital management system, payroll, and timekeeper. isolved allows us to manage employees in about 13 states beyond our corporate headquarters. Allowing us to timely On-board and off-board employees, as well as linking our 401k through payroll making it a simplified employee hub for our 57 employees.

Pros

  • Timekeeping is synced with payroll to process payroll smoothly.
  • Benefits of being able to be offered through time keeping allowing employees know they are able to participate
  • They offer a program called Zayzoon that has helped our employees receive a portion of their pay before payday, assisting many of them to be able to endure the financial turbulence that can randomly occur.

Cons

  • The design and functionality are very plain and less intuitive than they could be.
  • They have significantly increased training materials, speeding up the learning curve.
  • It has reduced costs in comparison with competitors
  • Additional offerings that assist employees, not just employers, will increase employee longevity and remove the awkward money trouble conversations previously experienced. Creating increased employee satisfaction
  • It has reduced errors in processing payroll with using the integrated timekeeping
Support is good highly trained and never usually takes ten minutes to get a rep on the call, often it's a couple of minutes. At a competitor the average call for a rep was 45 minutes to a hour. If the rep doesn't have a solution for your challenge they will escalate to someone that does.
The library assists greatly in educating the new HR reps to reduce the time it takes for them to be familiar with isolved and be comfortable using it on a daily basis. It is also great for more advance learnings either a PDF with step by step instructions or a video you can follow along with.

Multiple locations, multi-state employers, that would prefer not to use other 3 letter name providers. Employers that need a resource that can grow and scale with them, but also offer services that provide additional consultant help if your business is cyclical and you do not want to add internal team members.
