- Like all salespeople, they don't actually know how to answer the questions
- We started with isolved when the ACA compliance came about. They have been perfect in ensuring we are in compliance and the reports have been perfect.
- The notifications that can be established to send to supervisors regarding time scheduling and issues such as late punch is valuable.
- We take advantage of having isolved report directly to our insurance carriers, COBRA, and 401K. This has saved time and expense. Plus, we don't have to keep track of the hierarchy of multiple garnishments and the laws surrounding the different states.
Updating the New Hire Registry and E-Verify as well as our 401K vendor and our insurance carriers directly is a great help. It's pretty easy to add new employees. We do this ourselves because in a factory environment we do not have computers available for employees and they don't always have a phone.
Having both payroll and timekeeping in one system is great. You just really have to watch the permissions. When it's separate, there is no chance of a Lead seeing something they shouldn't so when it's together you have to set things up correctly.
