Overall Satisfaction with isolved
We use isolved for all of our Payroll, HCM, Time Keeping, etc clients. We have our hands in just about ever product that isolved offers for atleast one or more clients. Compliance Risk & Errors Automated Compliance: System automatically applies tax rules, labor laws, and benefits regulations across payroll and time. Minimizes risk of costly errors, audits, and compliance violations, especially across multiple states and offices.
Pros

- Availability of creating as many labor/org fields as needed
Cons
- time keeping in general sometimes this can be tricky to use for both admins, employees, and middle management
- Being able to go backwards and re distribute payroll labor. I know this is possible, but for example if department 200 wasn't created at the time payroll was processed it wont pick up the change after the fact.
- Time saving - importing capabilities are great
I think it has helped stream line the onboarding processes for sure.
