Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn
As a value added software reseller, we test the software products we resell. It's important for us to have a good knowledge of the products we resell in order to demonstrate them to our customers and also to provide them professional services. iSpring Learn is a powerful and user-friendly LMS which provides a great set of professional features.
- It's very easy and user-friendly to manage the users. You can easily add new users (for instance you can add them by email or import them from a file), arrange the users into groups and organizations and set permissions.
- All the courses, quizzes and surveys created with the iSpring authoring tools are compatible with iSpring Learn and you can publish them in just one click. iSpring provides a complete solution for building and providing interactive e-learning courses.
- With iSpring Learn you can track the results of the users, the effectiveness of the e-courses, etc. You get detailed statistics in advanced reports. iSpring Learn provides 4 types of reports (quiz, content, people and e-commerce). The reports can be printed, emailed or exported.
- The user interface can be easily localized.
- It would be great if the iSpring Learn administrator could customize the report templates... for instance, adding and organization's logo, etc.
- You can very quickly provide interactive e-learning content to your users which helps them to improve their knowledge... and then to be more successful in their job! If they are, their company is also. With the e-commerce tool, you can make a link to an online payment system directly sell your e-courses, The ROI is almost immediate as the iSpring Learn subscription fee is very affordable and you can quickly set the solution.
As a reseller of the iSpring authoring tools, it was obvious to have a deeper look at iSpring Learn. As said before, iSpring Learn is perfectly integrated with the iSpring tools, but it is also really easy to use. You don't need to attend or follow specific training courses to set it and use it. You have access to a large set of very useful features and you can get detailed reports to control your training. Another key point is that the yearly subscription is affordable. The iSpring support staff is also here to help their customers for any questions - they reply quickly and their answers are always very professional. When you select a product, you should also check the quality of the support.
An opensource solution might be an alternative... but that would probably also mean to spend more time for implementing and setting the solution... so at the end it could be more expensive...
