Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn

I have been using iSpring Learn for a while and have seen a lot of things that I had not thought before. It is easy to use and is much better than all the LMS solutions I have seen like Moodle or others which are very expensive. It is a great LMS.
  • My students can learn and take quizzes very easily.
  • In the past most of my students could not take exams so easily, but now they can even can take them on their mobile phones.
  • My colleagues can check their students at any time.
  • I have seen other LMS that free or paid, this one was the easiest.
  • Every day they are improving and making it better.
  • Best student support.
  • Best teacher support.
  • Best results I can see.
They are not user friendly, It is free and I think the paid version works much better. In the past I used Moodle, as a teacher I had problems uploading and using it let alone my students. Now iSpring has a mobile app for both Android and iPhone. It has made my job so easy and enjoyable.
Not really, I would not say that. I have become really satisfied with it over the past few months. It has been a great help for me for some months. In the past it was not like this. Within a few years it has developed very well and made me so happy in my education.

Using iSpring Learn

3 - Well, I use this software for my students in class or at home. I do not earn much, but the point is my students can be involved in my education and take exams or learn anything at home or even in class. Most of the time I think in the future with this programme I can train a lot of students.
2 - Nothing much really. If you know how to connect to internet, use internet browsers and login, you can easily learn how to work with that. Well a little bit of knowledge about PDFs, and Office documents like PowerPoint, Excel and Word would be an advantage. If you know something about the converting of video files as well, it will be a great help.

In the past I could not encourage my students to take online training. The results and the questions were hard to be given. When I used the iSpring Suite along with iSpring Learn, my dreams came through and most of the time my students are online and take good training with my programme.

Evaluating iSpring Learn and Competitors

Yes - I used to use Moodle LMS. It was really hard and I could not use it very well. It has no friendly look and my students had problems using it. It does not even have a mobile version which is very useful for my students. iSpring Learn gave me what I was looking for.

Product usability. When I upload my quizzes or see my reports from the tests of my students, I become really relaxed. It is very user friendly, especially the mobile version of that. I can easily control my students process. I know where they are and which tests they have not taken yet or are taking.
I have been searching for a lot of LMS over the past few years. I have even spent a lot of money on that. Most of them were limited and I had to make myself compatible with them. iSpring has more than I need. Sometimes I did not even know it was necessary for me to have it.

iSpring Learn Implementation

When I talked to my colleagues or informed them to search for a programme before iSpring Learn, they were not successful in designing and implementing a programme like this. I am sure they have done a lot to implement it in the best and educational way. That was not that easy as we thought.

Change management was minimal - I would not really know what to do if I didn't use iSpring Learn. I have definitely have to employ a lot of professionals to come and help me to design this programme for me on the website or mobile. I do not think I could do that very easily.

We can say that most of my students attend my classes twice a week and that's not enough for someone to learn. I put some training for them to do at home and they really enjoy doing them. The kind of progress they make is really satisfying for them and they are always learning.
As a teacher, I used to spend a lot of time correcting my students' papers. Now with iSpring Learn, my time has been saved and everything is done automatically. All the time I can check my students' progress and I know which exams they have taken or they should take. On the whole, online training has really helped a lot of teachers.
Absolutely, if you have a little bit knowledge of computer and connect to internet, that's it. I would really recommend this to others to use. I have tried other products but they are really complicated or very expensive. This is one is much better and handy. Their ease of use has made it so popular among other products.

Configuring iSpring Learn

iSpring Learn has one training system in a web format. I learned it within a few hours and most of the sections in the programme are easy when you know English. Just the report sections need a little more training to deal with, but the other parts are very easy.
Not at all. Most of the sections I have used until now are very easy and just one thing that they should make is one app for iPhone. If they make it very soon, then iSpring is perfect for me. If they can make history sections for students individually that would be very good too.

iSpring Learn Support

They just do not work on the weekends. If I need anything, they reply less in than 24 hours, except holidays. I like that. They give me good chat support a lot. If I forget that I sent them an email, they do not forget and reply to me very soon. It is really appreciated.

No - You see, I do not to pay for that. I have bought one software from them (iSpring Suite) and it is linked with iSpring Learn. They give me free support, because I have bought the software and I should not pay for premium support. If I need a special customization for my tests, I have to pay.
Yes - Recently, in one of the pages of that I could not see my students' results. I told them about it, it was resolved within a day. It is a very nice support. I am sure if any time, I see a bug, it will be resolved very soon. Bugs are unpredictable.
I am not going to say just once. Anytime I need support, they are right on the track. They always give me exceptional support. Once I remember I asked them a question, they gave me the reply within two hours. I became really excited. I think iSpring Solutions Inc is a unique company in designing software for quizzes and training all over the world. Their support is awesome.

Using iSpring Learn

I have no problem using it and it is the same for my students. Anytime I ask them which part is not easy to use, they keep silent and say thank you.

Yes - In the past I used the web browser of iSpring programme, most of the time I could not persuade my students to sit and take the exam online. Since the mobile interface has been used, they have no excuses and feel more relaxed learning and taking exams online. They always appreciate my work.

They have done everything I needed, I mentioned before just adding jpeg files as lessons in the programme will be another necessary thing to be integrated.

I have not added any programme at all. It has everything I wanted, just if I can import graphics files like JPEG to the programme, that will be perfect and it helps me a lot in achieving what I expect. If I can edit my pics on that it will be another important thing too.

Relationship with iSpring Solutions, Inc

The sales process from the iSpring side was really easy and I asked them a lot of questions before payment. They cooperated with me very well and did not become angry with my questions and I am really satisfied with them. They have always been useful and monthly payment to them is really satisfactory.
They do not leave you alone. They answer you as soon as they can.
Just this that I have to pay monthly and not annually.
