The time and effort in administrating training to new staff has halved since using iSpring Learn.
The reporting suite has helped us successfully prove and manage 1 performance management case in the past month.

I have had two interactions with iSpring Learning Support and both were vague, not trying to understand my problem before offering a solution. I wished they asked more clarifying questions. To their credit, they did follow up with developers and responded to me promptly.

Thanks for following up Kseniya. An example of where I would like to improve reports is I would like to see Views and Time Taken for each module of a course in a previous enrolment. This is particularly helpful to track users improvements with each reenrolment. Some ideas for premium courses - building customer relationships, problem solving, writing a good email.
