Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn

Our business had limited training structure and needed a reliable platform. We needed something simple and effective for delivering self-paced learning.

Pros

  • Good reporting on training progress
  • Many file types supported
  • Easy to configure

Cons

  • Deeper reporting
  • Ability to see when users logged in last
  • More free basic ready made courses
  • The time and effort in administrating training to new staff has halved since using iSpring Learn.
  • The reporting suite has helped us successfully prove and manage 1 performance management case in the past month.
I have had two interactions with iSpring Learning Support and both were vague, not trying to understand my problem before offering a solution. I wished they asked more clarifying questions. To their credit, they did follow up with developers and responded to me promptly.

In my experience, it is well suited to planning training, storing materials and issuing self paced learning. The quizzes are great to follow up the learning.

    Thanks for following up Kseniya. An example of where I would like to improve reports is I would like to see Views and Time Taken for each module of a course in a previous enrolment. This is particularly helpful to track users improvements with each reenrolment. Some ideas for premium courses - building customer relationships, problem solving, writing a good email.
