Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable to send newsletters along with behavioral marketing and transactional emails to our users.
- Several marketing channels - email, SMS, push, etc
- Ease of use -- pretty tricky to learn
- We've managed to reduce expiration churn by over 50% using Iterable to manage our drips.
Though a bit less polished, Iterable has all the functionality at a fraction of the cost of similar platforms. Their team is available and highly supportive. Like any communication management software, using Iterable can be frustrating at times, but the cost of switching to another platform is already very high and will likely become more so as Iterable continues to develop and grow.
I'd really explore use cases. Iterable is fantastic if you have the need to house all of your behavioral/transactional communications under a single roof. It makes building customer journeys much easier and is affordable compared to alternatives. That said, if you don't have a full behavioral program built or specced out already, it might not be a good time for you to move to this tool.
