Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
My role and team support the marketing team's use of Iterable as our email service platform (ESP). We provide the data that is consumed by the Iterable app.
- The documentation and API are easy to understand and implement. I don't think we've ever had an issue implementing anything.
- Their support is responsive and timely.
- The app is intuitive and user friendly.
- I would love to be able to segment by occurrences. Ex. the number of users with more than one email.
- This isn't my area, but I've heard no complaints from marketing
