Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
This tool is good for email marketing and we have switched to it because of its real-time email marketing functionality that makes the user experience better as now we can immediately interact with the customers based on their inputs through our already prepared templates. Since Iterable can have multi-dimensional data, so it can be very useful to personalize content while sending out emails.

- It's positive for some aspects of our business where we need to drive customers based on real-time events
- It's positive for handling multi dimensional data
- It's negative because we still have to rely on Eloqua for some of our activities as we don't have the functionality in Iterable
Iterable is better than Eloqua in some aspects as I mentioned earlier that we wanted to have a system through which we can communicate with the customers on a real-time basis. Eloqua doesn't provide us that functionality whereas Iterable does that is why we chose Iterable over Eloqua in our tech stack.
