Iterable Review
Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable to reach the customers that have bought our product in the past, to send them a renewal offer. We normally send the email campaign out when their product is about to expire, 30-60 days before the expiration date so they can have time to purchase the renewal using the link in the email.
Pros
- When someone opt out Iterable remove the customer from my list automatic.
- The use of handlebars. This feature is a great feature to have our dynamic fields filled automatic, generating a customized email to each customer.
- Reports. Love how easy is to generate reports to see and analyze my data.
Cons
- Case studies. If Iterable have some case studies where we can go and look for good and bad examples, that could help me avoid mistakes in the early stages.
- A better way to get the purchase links track back to the report, for what we use we need to generate something on our end to cross analyse against iterable data, would be great if we could have it all in one of the reports already provided by Iterable.
- I know we can create folders for journeys and lists, but would be nice to have a way to only see what I and other people in my team are doing. With so many people in the company using Iterable, my files go to the bottom of the page every time, and there is a risk to someone else editing or deleting my lists and journey.
- It still in the early stages but we have seen 0.5% attached rated so far.
- Based on results from the email marketing with Iterable we decide to move forward with another mail DTC with the same purpose of renewal program.
- The cost to send emails out isn't high with you compared to the revenue that brings in.
At the begin it was challenged. For someone that has no previous knowledge can be a little bit hard to start from zero. Iterable provided a great customer service with prompt responses from their associates. That helped us to test the journeys beforehand and to improve our personalized campaigns. Today the campaign is more automate, we only need to copy the journey and update our lists to the new campaigns.
For us, Iterable make possible to reach out to old customers that already have bought our product once, just with that in mind, the chances of they buying it again is higher than normal. We took this time to reconnect with a happy customer and offer them our services again. That has a huge impact on our brand, even if the customer doesn't buy it again he will remember that our product last and it will be a good input towards the next time they need our services to buy it again for a different product.
