Overall Satisfaction with Iterable

We use Iterable for enrolling new users in our product, as well as engaging current users. The Enrollment side usually includes emails and journeys/ QA, and for Engagement we are regularly sending email campaigns, push notifications, and SMS messages. Iterable is hugely important for our revenue growth - we track the success of campaigns, use audience segmentations, dynamic content to better target our audiences, etc.

Pros

  • Support! The Support Team is always really helpful and quick to respond.
  • New features have been great. I'm especially excited to use Journey Assist and even some of the more minor rollouts like Hold Until tiles.

Cons

  • I would love to see more AI solutions/ support with Audience List creation.
  • The reporting features could use some advancement. There is a lot we still need to do manually for reporting purposes because the export does not pull all the data we're looking to track.
  • Iterable journeys save us a ton of time and resources and we are able to optimize messaging with simple A/B testing and dynamic content.
  • Preview data and snippets are easy to use - managing them is less of a lift, saving us time to focus on creative.
These native marketing automation platforms are a huge help. We test all content on iPhone and Android, and English and Spanish locales, and the platform makes it simple to QA and ensure the design, layout, and copy all works, no matter how users access it. Deep links help us drive users to the place in-app that we most want them to go, time delay tiles help us flow users through on the schedule we want them to, and experiments and A/B splits allow us to find the most optimal messaging and send that to our users.
Iterable gives us multiple platforms to contact our users in the way that we will most successfully reach them, and to see on a granular level how our users are or are not interacting with our content, so we can target accordingly. We've found that being able to customize in Iterable is one of the best parts of the experience. We can keep users subscribed to one communication channel and not another, use labels to sort, segment our audiences for each campaign, create dynamic lists that move with our users, and more.
Moving from a company that used Mailchimp to one that leverages Iterable was a huge step up. Iterable provides a plethora of additional tools to customize and reach our users in a strategic way. We're also able to automate a lot more in Iterable which saves time and resources. Iterable is consistently optimizing its product in a way I have not experienced with other email marketing platforms. Finally, the team behind Iterable is unmatched in its support and resources it provides to users.
