Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
Iterable is a vital tool across our organization, serving a variety of purposes. On my team, we specifically use Iterable to craft personalized customer communications through email. Its capabilities enable us to tailor each message with unique customer details, significantly streamlining our workflow. Additionally, Iterable empowers us to create engaging and dynamic content that is interesting for the customer to view.
Pros
- Automation - Iterable has allowed our customer communications to be automated. With thousands of customers, the ability to automize email communications has saved our team incredible amounts of time.
- Simplicity in use - While Iterable is used largely by our Marketing team, we do have individuals (like myself) who are less tech savvy with limited coding experience, yet confident in navigating the platform. It's very user friendly.
- Iterable is dynamic and allows us to engage customers at all stages of the customer journey.
Cons
- Personally, I would like more training and resources how to use Iterable
- Time - it has saved our team an incredible about of time and manual labor
- Customer engagement - with the creative and engaging content created in Iterable, customers are more likely to engage than previously
Iterable has allowed us to automate email campaigns to customers by planning a series of emails 6 months prior to their delivery. The emails are prepared using Iterable and customized based on various customer details. This saves us an incredible amount of time. I personally do not work with the segmenting or testing parts of the campaign though so cannot speak to that.
Iterable's cross-channel functions helps us engage users frequently as they move through the funnel. From awareness to conversion, we are able to tailor our communications to match the customer's specific intent and context. For example, we often send targeted emails nurture leads, then transition to promotional emails (which for us looks like webinar details and personal sales team contacts) when they are more likely or ready to commit.
