Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
We use Jabber as part of our CUWL-Pro license agreement. We use it with our VCS system. We are currently looking at ways to integrate and use it concurrently with Skype for Business.
Pros
- Strong integration with Cisco UC
- Works great for remote call control
- VPNless integration into your PBX
- Equal plugins for WebEx (cloud or on-prem) vs. Skype for Business.
Cons
- Status bar on the top of the desktop is annoying
- Further integration with Skype for Business
- Great tool with existing CUWL licensing agreement
We use both, we would like to see both be able to integrate in some sort of standard fashion.
