Overall Satisfaction with Jama Connect
Currently, Jama is used as a requirement gathering tool. It helps us compare the requirements with the current configuration in production. The USP of Jama is not just a requirement tool but a lot more. Any updates we make in the tool gets saved. By the help of this tool we can save Time and Money. The client is very happy to use this tool and we will convert all of our clients on to Jama. Plus, it's user-friendly as well.
- Our business objective is to capture client requirement and discuss all those into same platform. Initially we were using Excel, some time sheet was not open and some time sheet was so huge it was corrupted. But when we using this Jama tool. Anyone who is having access he/she can easily handle this.
Client happy without any confusion. Client and testing team can view same time at same time.
1. First thing, it's online and easily reachable to everyone in the team who has access.
2. Second, we don't have to worry about storage running out.
3. Many people can access it at the same time. It reminds me of a functionality we were using earlier that stated that "This document is locked for editing" since one person has already opened that. It's not the case with Jama.
