Overall Satisfaction with Jama Connect

Jama Connect is mainly focused on product developement in our company. My experience is a bit different since we use it for a customer project.

  • Custom reporting ability on the cloud instance
  • Items getting out of synchronisation and needs manual re-indexation
  • Definitely helped us keep track of very fast changing customer requirements
We are in the middle of our project but we can already see the benefits that Jama Connect has for the requirements of management, especially for tracking changing requirements.
This is by far better than IBM Doors in terms of collaboration and ease of us. My teammates were reluctant to use such tool after a bad experience with IBM Doors, but they are now completely in love with Jama Connect.
Jama Connect has hands down big advantages over IBM Doors in terms of collaboration and ease of use.
Not Sure
The fact that Jama Connect is a web-based application is very useful, especially in this new way of working remotely. It is well suited for large projects that are normally hard to manage without speciality tools. The user interface is very intuitive.
