Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro

We use JAMF daily to manage our 5,000+ Apple devices on our campus. We have a mixture of iOS, tvOS, and macOS that assist us in our one-to-one program. In the IT department, we use the Self Service feature to create an "app" store of our own pieces of software that are needed in different parts of our campus. Having the ability to easily push out applications, software updates and patches to our apple fleet has saved us time and the need for another technician.

We have looked at a couple of other MDMs but wanted to go with JAMF because os the community built around JAMF and the support they can provide. The JAMF Nation community provides an added benefit to your purchase with forums that allow users to help other users of JAMF be successful with Apple Products.
The only gripe is that initial support can take a while to get back to you and it seems you only get one response a day from support on items unless you pay for the higher level of support. The actual knowledge of the support individuals is great. If they don't know whats is happening with a given issue they quickly bring in other techs with more knowledge.

JAMF Pro is a great assistant for companies looking to manage their apple fleet of devices. It not only organizes everything but it gives the IT department a virtual technician who is installing software, setting up computers, etc while you can be working on something else. Once your workflows are set-up it can be hands-off.
