Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

JobDiva is being used as the primary applicant tracking system for Global Networkers. It is only being used by the recruiters as a job requisition and submittal tool. It is an excellent place to store and access applicants through searches of other databases.
  • Importing resumes. JobDiva makes importing resumes easy by having multiple solutions that accept many different file types.
  • Contact management. JobDiva easily allows for access to the types of contacts and how often candidates are contacted.
  • Direct email contact. It makes it easy to mail merge and create templates for use in contacting employees.
  • Speed of the application needs some adjustment. The application often has issues accessing files.
  • JobDiva allows for better candidate communication. It's very easy to track contacts to candidates with JobDiva.
JobDiva is a much more intuitive tool for recruiting than cBizSoft. JobDiva is web based and easily accessed from anywhere. That would be the major differences I found.
JobDiva is well suited for aspects of managing a staffing and recruiting firm. You can access all types of data and reporting is relatively simple. The best question to ask is whether the minimum amount per month is worth the usage rate. It is relatively inexpensive for a 5-10 person office but the cost increases rapidly once you get past that number.
