Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

I mainly use JobDiva as a recruitment solution in terms of searching for qualified candidates, new job requisitions, calendar, email merge, reports, resume harvesting, and VMS sync.
  • It is quick in locating qualified resumes for my jobs.
  • Email Merge is awesome to use to reach out and inform applicants of open jobs available.
  • The harvesting is great as it automatically brings in new applicants.
  • It would be nice to bringing applicants from LinkedIn.
  • I am in a very competitive industry so for me the quicker the better to I can make more money and JobDiva has been doing that for me.
I started with JD and only ever used JD.
JobDiva is linked with many job boards and vendor management systems, so it is easy to use one system to reach applicants and to track applicants and jobs.
