Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

Poor customer service

  • Lowered admin asssist costs due to VMS integrations.
  • E-Recruit,Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System
Decision was made many years ago. These products have similar features and dominate most of the market share. At this point to change would be total business process reorganization which is not worth the time and money as our needs are being met.
JobDiva is best suited for larger staffing organizations. Organizations that have MSP/VMS business will do even better with this tool.
