Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

We used JobDiva across the whole firm as a tracking system for our open jobs and candidates. It allowed us to log interactions with candidates and track their engagement history with our firm as well as work as a database (searchable) for candidates for new roles. It also farmed resumes from our membership sites such as CareerBuilder, Monster, etc., and tracked our open jobs and actions against them. We also ran production metrics for our recruiters from JobDiva.
  • Coddling resumes from job sites.
  • Maintaining accurate records of job and candidate activity.
  • Reporting metrics for recruiters.
  • Downtime was frequent... and often unannounced; likely because we were a smaller customer of theirs was always the understanding.... about once every two months or so we would experience considerable downtime, and shorter instances every few weeks.
  • The interface looks a little dated.
  • Good candidate tracking
  • Good candidate farming/coddling from career sites
taleo - has its positives and negatives comparatively.... namely, jobdiva seems more designed for recruiting purposes, where taleo is designed for HR overall
It is likely that there are more modern interfaces with advanced functionality. However, for solid reporting and good functionality, I would recommend JobDiva.
