Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

It is being used across the organization as a ATS and HRIS. It address problem such as candidate profiles and resumes, it allows us to easily keep track of them and monitor them as needed. We also are able to monitor reports and statistics of employees and see progress and growth and address issue as needed concerning interviews, hiring and etc..
  • Candidate profiles easily able to look them up and keep track of them over a long period of time.
  • Email Merges, makes recruiting simpler and allows us to reach more candidates.
  • Reports Helps us monitor results and what we are statistically putting out.
  • Sometimes errors occur that greatly slow down progress during peak times.
  • Maybe a feature to allow better updates when new resumes come in concerning phone #s and emails.
  • Increase employee efficiency
  • Improves customer service
Unfortunately I have rarely used other products beside ATS and Taelo. I believe this is beneficial and has its good parts and negatives. I think this is a bit easier to use on the back end than the others and simpler to navigate for everyone ones use in working with the product.
I have mainly used JobDiva and have enjoyed my experience working with it. I think it has positive aspects, but also has flaws when working with it. I do believe the support team is very good at keeping users up-to-date with what is going on and making us aware of changes and so forth.

I do not have control over that but the company has been using it for over 5 years now.
