Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We use JobDiva throughout our organization. Our sales team uses it to capture client information and enter job orders, our Human Capital Team uses it to track and communicate the onboarding status of our consultants, and the recruiting team heavily uses the agent search and posting capabilities. As a recruiting and sales organization, metrics are key to our business, and the reporting function in JobDiva is very customizable and targeted.
Pros
- Smart search - JobDiva has a smart mapping tool which finds related keywords (i.e. putting "banking companies" will pull up "Wells Fargo," "Bank of America" etc.) which brings back a broader and more accurate group of candidates.
- Bulk email - in the "olden days" we sent individual emails to candidates between 2-3 different job boards. JobDiva can consolidate candidates from a number of job boards and send out hundreds of customized emails at the touch of a button.
- Harvesting - JobDiva works for you even after you leave the office! The harvesting tools pulls in candidates overnight, leaving recruiters with a fresh crop of talent each morning!
Cons
- We recruit a lot from LinkedIn, so it would be helpful if that interfaced with JobDiva.
- The "job match" feature is a great idea, but has been hit or miss for us - suggesting jobs that are not a fit and missing jobs that are a better match for the candidate.
- JobDiva has allowed our recruiters to take on 2-3 times the amount of requirements than they could with our previous ATS.
- Our onboarding process time has been reduced by 15-20% due to JobDiva's efficiency.
JobDiva was simpler, with more ease of use and more ability to customize.
