Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We use JobDiva every day as our main source of bringing in great talent. Every recruiter in my office uses JobDiva as a way to source candidates and vet them for our clients. This helps us determine if candidates are active seekers or passive. It also allows us to track notes which helps for future reach-outs.
Pros
- JobDiva pulls in resumes from other sources which helps b/c we then only have to use one main source, JobDiva.
- We are able to upload new resumes and any appropriate documents needed throughout the recruiting process so they are available for easy access.
- Being able to track any documents and notes in the system is essential for the future b/c if anything happens to your computer and you lose data, all of the info is stored in JobDiva.
Cons
- There are not many issues that I have with JobDiva. Lately there have been many upgrades to the software which has made it much for convenient for our everyday searches. I would suggest maybe being able to look at the resumes format without having to click on the icon to pull up the resume.
- When using key word searches--JobDiva searches the entire page, including the left side of the page which includes demographics, the key word string, etc. This picks up words that are not directly located on the candidates resume which can be frustrating.
- JobDiva is our main source and so without it, I would not be able to do my job properly.
I use CareerBuilder and Indeed. What I like most about JobDiva is that it pulls in from other sources and limits the use of other sources throughout the day. It makes my job easier b/c I only have to use one source most of the time. It is very convenient.
