Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

We use JobDiva throughout our office. We use it as a tracking system for our potential candidates
  • It is very user friendly
  • Very helpful for keeping my day organized
  • Able to keep all of our notes on each candidate so anyone can step in if necessary
  • The mobile app isn't nearly as user friendly
  • Would like to be able to look at a couple candidates of at one time
  • Has kept our team very organized
  • Makes it so that everyone on our team is up to date on all communication with each candidate
I have not used any other products that are like JobDiva. This is my first Recruiting position so unfortunately I do not have any context to reference from.
It would be very useful in the Recruiting field. I'm not sure that it would be applicable in any other setting. I may not have correct information because I have only used it for Recruiting but it seems that is the ideal application.
