Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
Our organization uses JobDiva to look for skilled contract workers in the pharmaceutical and IT industries. All of our recruiters use JobDiva as our primary search tool when sourcing candidates. By using the search features that JobDiva offers, we are able to find candidates with very specific experience requirements in a target location.
- JobDiva is able to compile resumes very quickly (seconds) based on the search criteria that the user provides
- JobDiva makes it simple to reach a large number of potential candidates with their email merge feature. You can create a custom template for sending these emails to add a personal touch.
- The graphical user interface is extremely easy to use. JobDiva also hosts webinars/seminars frequently for all levels (beginner - senior level)
- I would like to see a dropdown menu of my current jobs, rather than opening a new window every time
- In the future, I would like to see a tool rolled out that let's you compare candidate's side by side.
- My company has placed several candidates into roles using JobDiva, which is why we continue to use it.
- JobDiva is our preferred and primary search tool when we first receive a new opening. It allows us to quickly and effectively target candidates and inform them of a new open position

JobDiva is much more user-friendly than the other products listed. We typically receive a greater volume of more qualified candidates than with other products. JobDiva is not perfect, and we do occasionally find some great talent on other platforms that JobDiva missed, but we use JobDiva as our primary tool because we are able to reach more qualified people very quickly.
