Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

ICS uses JobDiva as our ATS- it is an extremely easy-to-use platform that makes sourcing, scheduling interviews, and scheduling start dates a breeze. The user interface is extremely easy to navigate and understand. The search feature is pretty robust, and the results are easy to sift through. I would definitely recommend JobDiva for use by other staffing agencies.

Pros

  • easy to use interface
  • robust search function
  • easy to send an e-mail merge to numerous candidates

Cons

  • they do have outages about once/twice a month where it becomes unusable
  • I cannot comment on this, as it is the only platform I have used at ICS
I am not a decision maker in evaluating competitors
JobDiva is great for use by staffing agencies to manage their talent pipelines.
