Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is used by our recruiters as our ATS and by our sales people as a CRM. It helps us to keep all candidate and client information in one place, easily accessible by everyone on all sides of our business.
- We are able to keep very detailed information about our clients and candidates. I can find all contact information, previous interview information, salary requirements, visa status, etc.
- It is very user friendly; the dashboard makes it easy to navigate.
- It helps me to take the candidate through the interview and onboarding process with all of the details about time, hiring manager, salary, etc.
- The biggest issue I have had is pulling jobs from a VMS that we must use with one of our clients. There are sometimes important details that are omitted that we have to go back and put in manually.
- Sometimes there is so much information that is accessible through JobDiva that it is hard to know where to look or exactly what all of the possibilities are
- It allows me to do everything in my job faster. I am able to call more candidates, track more interview processes, and work on multiple positions simultaneously, which leads to more placements.
- Smart Search
JobDiva's resume harvesting feature is what sets it apart. I am able to call candidates that are active on the market right now, which is not a feature of Smart Search. Speed to market is key, and JobDiva provides that
