Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My company uses JobDiva to come across candidates from different sourcing websites. This helps us greatly because we don't have to log in to every website. The only issue - it doesn't get everybody. It grabs candidates from the popular sites, but it doesn't grab from Indeed which I am surprised by.

Return on Investment

I have found candidates outside of JobDiva that have been listed on the websites that they have pulled from.
JobDiva doesn't recognize all candidates from LinkedIn.
The extension you can download is very resourceful.

Whenever I work on specific roles, it allows me to build a Boolean string with certain skill-sets. It also lets me use specific job titles when searching for candidates. The more specific, the fewer candidates but the more vague I am, the more candidates I receive.
