Its end-to -end recruiting solution, you can You can search for resumes based on multiple factors such as: state, city, zip code, distance from zip code. it provides a platform to apply new skills and search which in short help in choosing the right candidate for the right position.
- Its feature Agent Search is really good. JobDiva can search all of the career sites, pulling in all the resumes throughout the web with the right skills
- I like the functionality of this tool, its user friendly and very easy to learn.
