JobDiva is a great tool to prioritize and find candidates that are in the database. This tool is quite useful when using the email integration option. The experience with JobDiva is quite good as I can effortlessly work and hot list consultants on the go. [It's] One of the best ATS tool in the market.
- JobDiva is a fully-fledged system responsive to the needs of each specific team.
- It is easy to use
- Quite helpful when searching for specific talent in the database.
- The option of integration with Outlook or other tools is quite helpful.
- Sometimes bugs erase the hot lists.
- The UI should be improved to more user-friendly.
- Quick transition to work on different requirements

The usability is quite limited for Google Hire, also the way it behaves with some specific requirements is not good.
