Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is a software we use to track applicants who apply to our different positions. It allows us to filter and search through large amounts of candidates and helps us stay organized when hiring.
- The filters and searches are awesome and makes large lists manageable.
- Searching for candidates is great and can sift through and pull suggested.
- The support team is awesome and super helpful.
- The interface could definitely be improved, there is a bit of a learning curve.
- The software can be slow at times.
- Helps us save a lot of time by finding qualified candidates.
- Cost is not too high so definitely a positive ROI.
- Helps us hire more people which is one of our business objectives.
I have not used anything else besides LinkedIn but JobDiva definitely has much more functionality than LinkedIn.
