Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We have used JobDiva to hire for our intern positions. We always get tons of applicants so it allows us to sift through all of the candidates and find those who stand out without spending tons of time going through all of the resumes and information in detail.
- Makes tracking applicants much easier.
- It merges with out email so we can conduct some of the business through the email and integrates into the software.
- Back office tools work well.
- Editing and looking at some of the interfaces is a hassle.
- The interface as a whole could definitely be improved.
- The software can be slow at times.
- Saves our team tons of time so has definitely paid in the long run.
- The cost of the software is not very high so contributes to ROI.
- Helps make our business as a whole more efficient.
I have not used any other ATS solutions and do not feel the need to because JobDiva definitely works.
