Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
Our HR Department and Business Managers used JobDiva as a recruitment tool. We used it to simplify the entire recruitment process. I liked the software a lot. It really helped to manage candidates and save time. It was easy to customize to our organization's recruitment style. It is a comprehensive tool for sourcing, interviewing, billing, on-boarding and payroll management. Everything you need in one program.

We selected JobDiva to get a program more recruitment focused. Our candidate pool had been lacking. JobDiva helped us to get better requisitions and therefore better quality candidates.
