Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite

I used Jobvite at two startups (HubSpot.com and Communispace.com). I ran recruiting for both companies at the time. It was used across the organization to hire the best possible talent.

Pros

  • Infiltrates networks to find the best candidates within an employee's network.
  • Great sourcing tool.
  • Fantastic interface.
  • Ease of use for non-technical staff.

Cons

  • I have no suggestions for improvements.
  • The product worked as advertised.
  • They also have great software support.
  • Increased ease of sharing information and collaboration with internal clients for candidate feedback.
  • Better candidate ride.
  • More internal credibility when managing the process.
Jobvite is MUCH more elegantly set up, easier to use, much more intuitive, has far fewer clicks to get things done and in general, is a dream to use. Their integration with social is by far, much much better than any other system. And their software support team is superb.
I think Jobvite is particularly well suited for startups and smaller companies. Far fewer clicks to get things done than an enterprise ATS and the interface is just super elegant and intuitive.
