Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite

Jobvite is being used strictly within the recruiting team for the recruiting process (from job posting to the offer process). It addresses tracking candidate flow and coordinating interviews, as well as tracking a few metrics.

Pros

  • Scheduling interviews
  • Tracking candidate flow
  • Tracking metrics (e.g. candidates/hires by source)

Cons

  • Tracking metrics
  • More friendly HTML (when writing emails within Jobvite, it's a little challenging to copy-paste text into it)
  • Better customer service
  • More specific interview details / tracking recruiting activity
