Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite
We use this as our applicant tracking system for all of our hiring. Which is quite extensive since we hire a lot of people a year.
- It works
- Has basic functionality
- Slow to load new pages makes reviewing resumes hard
- Sometimes I have issues with single sign on
- Resumes do not always load well on mobile especially when using the Outlook web client
- Not great collaboration features for commenting on resumes
- Not having any ATS would be a massive pain so we get ROI to help hire hundreds of employees per year
