Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite
It is used across the whole organization. Every worker has access to it (in different ways) and the hiring managers create the requisitions. We as recruiters use it to manage candidates and move them to each step.
- It is easy to manage and create reqs and move candidates from one to another.
- It offers a lot of personalization.
- You can communicate to the candidate or the managers involved in the process through the app.
- Offer letters don't always send properly.
- Would be easier to make categories with candidates from different applications.
- The notes from one candidate should be saved to all the applications that he/she has, that way we can track them easier.
- The reports we develop helps us track every step of the hiring process.
