Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite

It is being used by the recruitment department. It addresses keeping the candidate funnel intact, allows us to communicate with potential candidates, and create a positive candidate experience.

  • Easy to have the Talent Sourcing team screen the leads and process them to the Recruitment Team.
In most cases, the response rate is great. Other times, I feel like we need to wait for days to get a response and solution.
We use the reporting to see numerous things, to measure the recruitment team performance, our funnel, and days to close requisitions. This helps us better plan when we know we need to fill certain roles.
For any changes to our workflows, we have had to involve Jobvite to assist. We have not been able to change the workflows on our own. It's too complicated.
Our new Jobvite is much better than before. Candidates can filter to their location and job preference. The application process is much easier as well.
Excellent for email campaigns—great for keeping in touch with future candidates. Issues with linkage to social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
