Have you tried Join.me for your meetings?
Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
At AV Magazine, we are a small team that collaborates all across the United States. We have employees from Miami, Kansas City, and Santa Monica. Sometimes we share ideas from stories that we are working on, and this program makes it easier to do. All we have to do is share a link and everyone is connected.
Pros
- They offer a free trial version for you to try before you even decide if it's right for you. But they also have 3 great packages to believe in. We are using the Pro Version, which is right in the middle.
- You can host video conferences and record them for team members that couldn't make the meeting.
- We can instantly have reports converted to Excel.
Cons
- Honestly, There is nothing I can say negative at the moment. I actually forgot to mention they also have an option for Toll-free calling. You would have to have the OpenVoice before you use it to connect, but it is available if needed.
- There hasn't been a huge impact on investment, but the ease and convenience is something you can't put a price on. We used Google Hangouts before this, and mostly shared through Drive or Dropbox, but Join.me has everything we need in one package.
As I mentioned before, we used Google Hangouts and Drive. It is easy to file-share, but as far as screen sharing and such, it cannot outdo Join.me. I think both products are useful, but I prefer using Join.me for our team when it comes to collaborating and sharing our ideas with ease.
